Automatic Pan Feeding Line System
For Chicken Farm

Introduce

Automatic pan feeding system including a driving device, a hopper,
a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, suspension lifting device,an
anti-perching device and a feed sensor. The main function of the
system is to tans port the feed from the hopper into each feeding
pan to ensure the eating of the broiler and automatically
controlled by the level sensor's direction which give the order to
motor to make it working or stop.

Main Feature

1, Rills feed pan with special designed, can save feed;
2, No need to open the pan. Feed downfalls to the side of the
shallow plate to make sure that even the birds stand outside
of the pans, they can also east feed conveniently;

3, Colorful, so that birds can easily see the feed pan and eat the
feed;

4, PP(Polypropylene) material, firm and durable, corrosion resistance, long time use;

5, Convenient to dismantle and easy to clean;

Product Paramenters

1, Silo type and ground hopper type;
2, Galvanized steel or fiberglass silo;
3, The conveying system is running smoothly. It can be quickly
delivered to each feed trays and ensure adequate feed;
4, Silos volume can be specifically designed based on the number of
chickens ( feed weight 0.65 T/CBM) ;
5, Automatic control box is equipped with imported material level
sensor, greatly improving the conveying accuracy;
6, The height of trays could be adjusted according to chicken age,
easy to remove and clean.

Feed Pan

Feed Pan can rotate in horizontal 360 degree. Easy and convenient feed
level adjustment;Top support has the shut off slid which can meet the customer's brooding and
group expansion requirement in diff areas. Pan Bottom and Grill are locked together by the hinge, special designed feed cone
flange can avoid the feed waste.
